Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Claims Management Specialist in Baltimore, MD to oversee auto, general liability, property damage, and workers’ compensation claims. You will coordinate intake, investigations, and documentation while serving as the primary internal contact for multiple stakeholders and carriers.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Travel is limited and the posture is full-time on-site.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in risk management, insurance, safety, business, or related field.
• 2–5 years experience supporting or managing commercial auto, general liability, property damage, or workers' compensation claims.
• Experience with insurance carriers, third-party administrators, brokers, medical providers, or legal counsel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary internal contact for vehicle accidents, injuries, liability and property damage claims.
• Enter, maintain and update claim details in claims management systems.
• Coordinate investigations, collect police reports, photos, witness statements and DVIR/telematics data.
• Prepare summaries for adjusters, leadership, carriers or counsel.
• Track claims, reserves, exposure and action plans with leadership and third-party administrator.
