Responsibilities

• Make 30–40 calls per day and keep clean documentation in a claims system.
• Apply 811 requirements, dig laws, and NESC standards to liability claims.
• Review photos, notes, costs, sketches, and locate tickets to build cases.
• Stay organized with a calendar; participate in weekly team meetings.
