Job summary

Job description

The position investigates, analyzes, and resolves recovery/subrogation claims and may also handle liability and property damage claims.

Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing evidence, interviewing involved parties, maintaining claim documentation, negotiating resolutions, pursuing recovery for damage to company property, and supporting claim setup and other administrative claim functions. The position has a $15,000 settlement authority threshold.

• Interviews: One interview round is anticipated.
• Hybrid schedule with 4 days onsite per week (Monday - Thursday) and one remote day on Friday.

A strong-performing contractor may be considered for future FTE opportunities if an approved position becomes available and the individual meets the qualifications and successfully completes the applicable selection process.

Day to Day

This is a hands-on claims role responsible for investigating and analyzing claims, determining appropriate resolutions, documenting findings, negotiating with customers/claimants and insurers, and pursuing recovery when third parties damage company property.
