Project Resources Group (PRG) seeks a Claims Recovery Specialist for its Fort Collins, CO office. You will focus on recovering third-party property and utility damage claims in a B2B setting, leveraging negotiation skills and industry knowledge.

Experience in collections or insurance adjusting is highly relevant and transferable. You will handle 40–50 calls daily, coordinate with insurance providers, and maintain detailed notes in our proprietary system.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in claims, recovery, or insurance industry.
• Familiarity with construction, cable, or utility locate industries is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, especially professional phone and email correspondence.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve and negotiate claims recovery of repair and replacement costs across state lines.
• Work with liable parties’ insurance providers to negotiate settlements.
• Collaborate with claims departments and management across diverse clients.
• Learn and apply state dig laws, 811 requirements, NESC standards, and CGA guidelines.
• Conduct 40–50 inbound/outbound calls daily and document progress in the Claims Database Tool.
