Job summary

WithCoverage is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Paralegal to support claims for commercial accounts under the supervision of the Head of Claims. You will prepare loss notices, gather client documentation, track deadlines, and maintain complete claim files in our Agency Management System.

In this role you will draft notices and routine letters, assist with coverage analysis, and support litigation and recovery efforts.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience supporting commercial insurance claims, litigation, or coverage matters.
• Paralegal certificate and/or bachelor’s degree preferred; familiarity with GL, Property, D&O, Cyber, Maritime/Cargo is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of matters and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the full claims lifecycle across GL, Cyber, D&O, Property, and Marine/Cargo lines.
• Gather information from clients, provide status updates, and coordinate with carriers, counsel, and vendors.
• Draft initial notices and routine carrier correspondence for attorney review; maintain audit-ready files.
