Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers on issues including shortages, damages, driver calls, PODs, rates, and claims.
• Conduct a thorough daily dock check and itemize shipments or pieces that require movement or investigation.
• Attend weekly shift meetings and report OS&D (over, short, and damage) issues to the Terminal Manager.
