Job summary

Penske Logistics in Groveport, OH is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to provide essential administrative and operational support in the warehouse. You will coordinate driver activity, prepare and dispatch loads, and ensure accurate documentation for daily shipments.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and communicates professionally with internal teams and customers. Requires 2 years of office experience and 1 year of customer service with proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

2 years of general office experience required.
1 year of customer service experience required.
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Advanced computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required.
AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Audit parts for delivery routes using WMS.
Identify, investigate, and correct route discrepancies.
Receive and dispatch drivers in a timely manner.
Prepare, manifest, and dispatch outbound loads correctly.
Coordinate driver activity with the dock to ensure timely receiving of inbound loads.
Maintain organized filing system (electronic and paper).
Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Support general office and warehouse tasks as needed.
