You will support title claims intake across multiple locations and partner with senior leadership to provide audit coordination, advanced reporting, and systems optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3–5+ years of progressive experience in complex operational environments across multi‑location functions.
• Experience executing complex operational and strategic initiatives in multi‑site environments.
• Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint architecture, governance, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure work is appropriately assigned and completed by a large staff across three offices, meeting internal service timelines and quality standards.
• Oversee workflow distribution and support staffing and resource planning.
• Manage internal and external audit requests from intake through completion, ensuring responses are accurate and compliant.
• Create complex ad hoc and recurring reports using tools such as Doma, Power BI, SQL, and Microsoft Access.
• Serve as a SharePoint SME for Claims operations and maintain large‑scale sites supporting reporting and collaboration.
• Analyze processes to identify improvement opportunities and apply sound judgement within policy.
