Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related work experience.
• Experience working with claims data analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong communication and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day claims administration and loss reporting.
• Maintain accurate internal claims records and schedules.
• Reconcile data between internal systems and carrier loss runs.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and generate reports.
• Develop client-ready insights and maintain strong client relationships.
• Progress through structured claims training toward handling roles.
