ServiceMaster Restoration by Desert Dry in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Claims Coordinator to serve as the hub of all claims activity. You will communicate with customers and insurance professionals, manage data entry across the claim lifecycle, and ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.

The role requires tenacity in a fast-paced environment and strong organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently. You will work closely with teammates, assist with estimates, and maintain routine updates to

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service skills essential.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook and CRM software; Xactimate helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist with office duties.
• Enter and manage data for each claim from start to finish.
• Monitor and update jobs to ensure timely progression through the claims process.
• Review daily compliance tasks and ensure on-time completion of duties.
• Understand claims flow: Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents.
• Describe, title and upload photos and documents.
• Follow up with homeowners and insurance/mortgage data not collected initially.
• Assist with estimates and review final estimates for completeness.
• Maintain knowledge of company SLAs for each job and phase.
• Maintain daily communication with customers and with insurance agents.
