ServiceMaster in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Claims Coordinator to be the hub of customer and insurance communications, ensuring deadlines are met and documentation is complete. You will follow up daily with teammates and manage the flow of claims from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has excellent customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Xactimate experience is helpful, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Xactimate experience is helpful but not required.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist with office duties.
• Manage data entry in the CRM system for each claim from start to finish.
• Monitor and update jobs to keep claims flowing efficiently.
• Review compliance tasks daily and ensure on-time completion.
• Understand the claims flow: Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents.
• Ensure photos and documents are properly described, titled, and uploaded.
• Follow up with homeowners for missing data and insurance/mortgage info.
• Collaborate with teammates, assist with estimates, verify final estimates.
• Know all company SLA timelines for each job and phase.
• Maintain ongoing client care calls and daily communications with insurers.
• Enter daily notes and contact relevant participants.
