ServiceMaster Restore 5005 - West Valley is seeking a detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to be the hub of all claims in our Utah operation. You will speak with customers, follow up on service issues, and coordinate dispatch of field personnel while meeting cycle time and SLA requirements.

The ideal candidate has strong data-entry skills, experience with Xactimate and CRM systems, and excellent verbal and written communication. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred; work experience considered.
• IICRC certifications preferred but not required: WTR, ASD, OCT, STC.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• 1-3 years of Xactimate experience required; proficient with Xactimate 28.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage highly confidential information.
• Proficient at using CRM software and data entry.
• Experience with customer interaction and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Understand the claims flow: Water Mitigation, Reconstruction, Contents, and other Environmental work.
• Manages data entry for each claim from First Notice of Loss through to completion of job in the CRM system.
• Daily review of compliance tasks and all job tasks are completed on time.
• Monitor and update jobs in required operating system making sure the job flows efficiently through the claims process requirements and cycle times.
• Ensure that uploading photos and other documents are described, titled and uploaded in real time, and follow up to get missing required data.
• Creates and/or assists with job estimates and reviews final estimate for completeness.
• Manages Customer Service issues and documents resolutions.
• Understand all company cycle times and SLAs for each job/phase.
• Client Care Calls – daily communication with the customer, may involve adjuster.
• Enter daily notes and escalate to the department manager as required.
• May assist with final estimate.
