Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
• Exposure to Personal and Business Insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Learn strategies for investigating, negotiating and resolving claims.
• Develop knowledge of damage estimation and coverage determination for customers.
• Observe experienced Claim Professionals and participate in core assignments.
• Build customer service, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Complete meaningful project work.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
