Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or above preferred.
• Majors include Business Administration, Liberal Arts with business focus, Business Management, Risk Management and Insurance or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools required.

Responsibilities

• Structured onboarding to Travelers systems and protocols.
• Exposure to Personal and Business Insurance claims of basic to moderate complexity.
• Learn and apply investigation, negotiation and resolution strategies for claims.
• Develop skills to estimate damage, determine applicable coverages and support customers.
• Observe experienced staff through desk work and ride-alongs.
• Work with a mentor to build claims knowledge through core assignments.
