Job summary

Twin Health is seeking a Real World Data Lead in New York to own the claims data architecture from ingestion to analytics-ready marts and partner reporting. You’ll design the Tuva-based data model, build connectors, ensure data quality, and consolidate reporting marts while collaborating with health economics and engineering teams.

You’ll enforce PHI security, manage the model lifecycle, and shape the portal’s data foundations to demonstrate outcomes and savings for partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Engineering and 6+ years in data/analytics engineering.
• 3+ years with healthcare claims data, including ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, NDC, NPI.
• Strong dbt, Snowflake, SQL experience and data product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build Twin’s Tuva-based claims data model and architecture end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain partner data connectors and data contracts.
• Ensure data quality and reconcile outputs with partner-reported totals.
• Consolidate reporting marts onto a common data model during migration.
