Arcadia seeks a Lead Analytics Engineer — Data Modeling & Quality to own DBT models and the SQL layer transforming clinical and claims data into trusted datasets. You will shape data quality authority and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate, production-grade data products.

Ideal candidates bring advanced SQL, DBT proficiency, and healthcare data literacy, with a track record of building reliable dashboards and tests.

Qualifications

• Advanced SQL with performance tuning and complex queries.
• Hands-on DBT experience writing models, tests, and documentation.
• Healthcare data knowledge including claims and EHR concepts.
• Ability to differentiate data quality issues and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Author, review, and maintain DBT models from ingestion through silver/gold layers.
• Design and implement DBT tests and quality checks.
• Triage data quality alerts and own data quality improvements across pipelines.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and Customer Success to ensure data trust.
