Job summary

Twin Health in New York is seeking a Manager, Healthcare Analytics to lead rigorous claims analyses, own end-to-end analyses from raw data to narrative, and build reusable analytical frameworks in a fast-growing digital health company.

You will work with sales, client success, actuarial, and data teams; apply causal inference methods, supervise analysts, and help scale AI-enabled analytics while maintaining rigorous external-facing standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare analytics or related applied research.
• Strong grounding in causal inference methods.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy claims data.
• Proven publication or conference presentation record.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R.
• Experience with Snowflake or cloud data warehouses is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead rigorous claims analyses to evaluate program impact and cost trends.
• Apply causal inference methods and conduct sensitivity checks.
• Translate findings into executive-ready narratives for clients.
• Collaborate with sales, client success, actuarial, and data teams.
• Mentor and develop a team of analysts.
• Develop reusable analytical frameworks for recurring studies.
• Incorporate AI tools to speed data cleaning and reporting.
