Job summary

Twin Health is hiring a Real World Data Lead to build and own the claims data architecture that underpins partner reporting, outcomes measurement, and a new partner-facing portal. You will design, implement, and govern the end-to-end data model using dbt, Snowflake, and Tuva, ensuring data quality and security across partner datasets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in data or analytics engineering, including 3+ years working directly with healthcare claims data.
• Deep familiarity with medical and pharmacy claims and eligibility data, including adjudication, reversals, claim lag, and standard code sets (ICD-10, CPT/HCPCS, NDC, NPI).
• Extensive experience with production dbt projects, model contracts and versions, testing, and CI.

Responsibilities

• Build the data foundation behind Twin's value demonstration for partners by designing the claims data architecture end-to-end.
• Develop and maintain partner connectors mapping ingested claims data to the Tuva Input Layer and data contracts at data handoffs.
• Own data quality checks and reconciliation of modeled outputs against partner-reported totals.
• Consolidate reporting marts onto a common data model and run parallel old/new versions during migration.
• Build the partner portal serving layer with versioned, contract-enforced tables for queries and analytics.
• Enforce PHI data isolation and security in Snowflake using RBAC, row-level security and masking.
• Manage the model lifecycle including Tuva upgrades, regression tests, CI/CD, and downstream communications.
