Job summary

Two Men and a Truck International Inc. is seeking a skilled manager at our Lafayette, LA location to promote the brand and oversee customer concerns. The role involves weekend rotation, coordinating damage resolution, and sustaining clear communication with customers and vendor partners.

The candidate will handle all aspects of customer service, support safety policies, manage job sheets, and drive cost efficiencies through vendor negotiations while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of business, management, or other relevant experience; TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® or moving industry experience preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and comprehension skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead by example to motivate, develop, and direct people.
• Ability to assess performance of self, employees, and franchise for improvements.

Responsibilities

• Promote and protect the TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® brand.
• Work on a weekend rotation.
• Handle all customer concerns and oversee the damage resolution process.
• Maintain constant communication with customers throughout the process and vendors repairing damages; oversee vendor agreements and cost reductions.
• Contact all customer complaints within 24 hours.
• Adhere to franchise safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and damages.
• Organize and file job sheets.
• Provide outstanding customer service on calls and online inquiries.
• Recommend moving services and products based on cost, availability, and customer specifications.
• Drive reporting across functional areas for review by franchisees.
• Remain calm and professional when addressing concerns and provide next steps and solutions.
