Claims Customer Experience Coordinator (Administrative)

Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Coordinator who can work in a hybrid model, onsite for 2 days at one of our offices. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:

Summary

Develops and enhances relationships with agency customers to provide differentiated service coordination for a portfolio of designated agencies and policyholders.

  • Collaborates with agency customers, policyholders, and internal partners to develop and implement service strategies that meet customer needs.
  • Recognizes and escalates service requests that fall outside prescribed guidelines.
  • Educates agencies and policyholders about tools and resources available to improve their experience.
  • Assists with scheduling service reviews and ensures necessary updates are completed before meetings.
  • Prepares onboarding materials, resource guides, stewardship reports, and other related documents.
  • Monitors data integrity for large, complex policyholders.
  • Proactively identifies and addresses gaps in service between Amerisure and its agency or policyholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in commercial underwriting, premium auditing, agency work, loss control, or claims experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of handling ambiguity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and make prompt, informed decisions on complex issues.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.
