Job summary

Rite Rug in Ohio is seeking a detail oriented Claims Coordinator to join our growing team. You will file supplier and manufacturer claims and ensure credits are received and properly applied.

You will communicate with vendors and staff, obtain required paperwork, coordinate returns, and maintain strong working relationships while prioritizing accuracy and timely processing.

Qualifications

• Have earned a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the Flooring/Construction industry is preferred.
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• File all claims with supplier or manufacturer according to their requirements.
• Communicate with all parties to ensure proper paperwork is obtained and filed in a timely manner.
• Obtain samples as needed.
• Coordinate returns.
• Make sure proper credits are received and applied.
• Maintain good relationships with vendors and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
