Rite Rug Co. is seeking a motivated Warranty/Schedule Coordinator in Greenville, SC to manage warranty issues and scheduling with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate service activities, enter orders, process payments, and maintain accurate records while handling high call volumes and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.
• Flooring experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and solve problems.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Capable of handling a high volume call environment.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve disputes.
• Investigate warranty concerns or questions.
• Enter order information accurately.
• Process and schedule work orders.
• Enter installer pay information and back charges.
• Cost invoices for jobs and projects.
• Post payments to customer accounts.
• Respond to customer service issues promptly and professionally.
• Answer incoming telephone calls and route as needed.
• Maintain files and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Requirements

The incumbent must:

• Have earned a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.


• Possess and have demonstrated proficient computer experience in Microsoft Office.


• Flooring experience preferred but not necessary.
