Job summary

Top Finish Collision Center, Inc. in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Claims Coordinator who guides customers through the insurance process and serves as the bridge between our technicians and clients.

You will document damage, coordinate with insurance adjusters, maintain detailed digital logs, and communicate repair status clearly. Accurate paperwork and timely approvals help customers get back on the road with peace of mind.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in automotive repair or insurance claims processing.
• Familiar with CCC ONE or Mitchell collision repair software.
• Valid California driver's license.
• Knowledge of vehicle components and repair procedures.
• Experience working with insurance adjusters is a plus.
• Ability to translate repair language into plain English for customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for customers while their vehicles are in our care.
• Coordinate with insurance adjusters to document damage and secure repair approvals.
• Keep accurate and detailed digital logs of every stage of the repair process.
• Communicate repair status updates clearly and kindly to our clients throughout their journey with us.
• Verify all paperwork, supplement requests, and billing details are accurate before a vehicle leaves the shop.
• Support our shop technicians by ensuring all necessary parts and authorizations are ready when needed.
