Job Title: Claims Content Specialist (Remote, Contract-to-Hire)

Location: Fully Remote

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Full-Time

Pay Range: $26 - $29/hour + hourly fringe benefit (if benefits are not elected)

About the Role

TEEMA Solutions is a seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Claims Content Specialist to join our team. This is a contract-to-hire position with the opportunity for permanent conversion within 6-9 months. As a Claims Content Specialist, you will collaborate with internal teams, Corporate Communications and Claims Subcontractors to develop and maintain accurate claims-related documentation ensuring compliance with Government contract requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, update, and maintain claims-related content such as training materials, procedural documents and provider communications.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure alignment with operational policies.

Draft clear and concise documentation for internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor claims performance trends to identify and address content gaps.

Ensure adherence to Government contract requirements and operational consistency.

Support Corporate Training to maintain accurate and relevant training materials for claims staff.

Requirements

2+ years of healthcare claims experience (e.g., claims processing, auditing, or documentation).

Strong written communication and technical writing skills with attention to detail.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to translate claims processes into structured, easy-to-understand documentation.

Dedicated workspace with cabled internet access (no Wi-Fi allowed).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Technical Writing, or a related field.

Experience with Government claims (e.g., TRICARE, Medicare/Medicaid).
