Procurement Contract Compliance Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Support compliance management of organizational and Health Plan contract requirements.
• Collaborate with Health Plans, corporate functions, and vendors to ensure contract compliance and oversee the Contract Center of Excellence (CoE) team's templates, policies, and procedures.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience

• Experience in Government Procurement, Government Contracts, Third-Party Vendors, Healthcare Contracts, FAR, DFAR.
• Experience with healthcare vendors, government procurement (FAR/DFAR), and CMS-related contracts preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow, Coupa, or similar tools preferred.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least 1+ years reviewing complex legal and commercial terms; 3+ years in healthcare compliance, government procurement, or contract drafting.
