The Compliance Program Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program, with a focus on federal payor billing compliance and compliance education for the Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation and its affiliates.
This role involves assessing complex compliance risk areas within JHHS affiliates, developing the compliance work plan, performing audits, investigations, and providing guidance to personnel. The manager will use judgment to determine corrective actions for non-compliance and ensure they are implemented, monitor regulatory requests, and represent the department on committees.
The position provides guidance to leadership and staff, conducts research on Medicare, Medicaid, and other legal authorities, and develops training on regulatory requirements. The manager also oversees vendor and payer audits, reports to senior management, reviews peer work, and mentors staff.
Salary Range: $40.39/hour to $64.63/hour, commensurate with experience and role scope. Salary details may be discussed during screening if range is not specified.
