Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire a EOC/LS Compliance Program Manager for our Facilities Dept who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

As a EOC/LS Compliance Program Manager, you will:
• Responsible for the day-to-day compliance, regulatory and contract documentation (including all Joint Commission, NFPA, NEC, etc.,). Reviews daily equipment inspection and maintenance documents and informs the Operations
• Manager of any deficiencies and recommendations.
• Stay up to date on all regulatory standards and routinely inspects facilities and hospital systems to maintain safe, energy efficient operations compliant with OSHA, AHCA, Joint Commission, and other regulatory standards.
• Work with outside vendors and the AHJ, etc., to ensure that all scheduled services are completed in the required timeframe.
• Assist with all Quality Assurance and Safety Management Programs.
Maintain and Manager the Regulatory GAP Analysis and all related compliance documentation (including documentation within the CMMS and all compliance binders).

Qualifications Include:
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical Bachelor of Science degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a Facilities Management capacity within a healthcare setting with hands-on experience in Joint Commission surveys, and regulatory guidelines and compliance.
• Minimum 5 years managing EOC/LS documentation within a healthcare setting.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Required Certification as a CHSP (Certified Healthcare Safety Professional) and/or CHFM (Certified Healthcare Facility Manager)
• Current certification in at least one of the following:
ASHE Certified Health Care Physical Environmental Worker
Certification Medical Gas ASSE 6040
Other Certifications accepted on a case-by-case basis

Work Schedule:

8am-5pm

Pay Range:

$26.91 - $100,360.00

If the salary range is listed as $0 or if the position is Per Diem (with a fixed rate), salary discussions will take place during the screening process.

Under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), this position is classified as:
