Qualifications

• 2–3 years of temperature-controlled supply chain, cold chain, transportation, logistics, or related experience preferred.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated leadership, management, and supervisory experience.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and effectively delegate tasks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of an organization.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a diverse workforce.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Organize, manage, and present complex claims investigations involving product damage or shipment rejections.
• Delegate work and assignments to team members across multiple locations to support rejection investigations and cold chain compliance efforts.
• Travel as needed to support local teams based on data analysis and process performance trends.
• Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the claims and rejection process while presenting solutions based on investigative findings.
• Ensure compliance with applicable food safety and transportation regulations.
• Manage claims, investigations, and loss recovery processes while implementing corrective actions to reduce recurring issues identified through trend analysis.
• Lead technology enhancement projects, including logistics systems, tracking tools, and process automation initiatives.
• Analyze operational data and key performance indicators to identify trends and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Present data analysis and operational trends to internal stakeholders, customers, and transportation partners to support service excellence.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
