Marsden Services is seeking an experienced Claims Administrator to oversee claims across workers’ compensation, vehicle, and property portfolios. You will document, follow up, and escalate as needed while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

The role supports reporting, regulatory documentation, payment processing, and audit preparation, with hybrid work options and potential for growth within Marsden’s claim management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, risk management, industrial relations, Human Resources or related field.
• Eight+ years related experience with GL, Auto, and Workers’ Compensation programs.
• Three to five years of claims experience.
• ARM, CRM, or related certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Administer routine claims lifecycle for workers’ compensation, vehicle, and property.
• Gather and verify claim details, policy information, and required documentation.
• Maintain complete claim files, correspondence, approvals, and system records.
• Coordinate communication with stakeholders to support timely resolution of claims.
• Escalate high-exposure claims and assist Manager with external partners.
