Job summary

One80 Intermediaries is seeking a claims support specialist in the United States to handle inbound calls, verify contract details, and enter new claims following client policies. You will review supporting documents, approve or deny estimates up to $750, and maintain timely communications with customers and vendors.

The role requires a high school diploma and solid MS Office skills; insurance knowledge is a plus. We offer comprehensive benefits and a diverse, equal-opportunity workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Insurance/ warranty policy knowledge is a plus but not required.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills, courteous and helpful.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support by answering calls promptly and courteously.
• Verify contract information and enter new claims into system per client terms and conditions.
• Review documentation supporting the claim, ownership proofs, and replacement costs.
• Issue coverage denials when appropriate or schedule a servicer to handle damages.
• Approve or deny estimates up to $750.00 and maintain an efficient email workflow.
• Ensure quick, accurate, and timely processing of customer requests and claims.
• Follow up to ensure accuracy of records for timely settlements.
