One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Adjuster (Warranty Insurance) to join our growing team in the United States. The role focuses on providing excellent inbound customer support, verifying contracts, and processing claims according to policy terms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies, underwriting and claim procedures.
• Experience with MS Office applications (Word and Excel).
• Excellent communication skills, courteous and thorough.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support by addressing calls promptly and courteously.
• Verify contract information and enter new claims per client terms and conditions.
• Review documentation supporting the claim, proof of ownership, and parts/costs.
• Issue coverage denials or arrange servicer as needed.
• Approve/deny estimates up to $750.00 and respond to customers/vendors.
• Assure quick, accurate, timely processing of requests and claims.
• Follow up to ensure accuracy of records for timely settlement.
