One80 Intermediaries is seeking a Claims Adjuster (Warranty Insurance) to join our team in a remote role in the USA. The role involves handling inbound calls, verifying contracts, entering claims, and reviewing documentation to determine coverage.

You may deny coverage or arrange servicer work, with approvals up to $750, while maintaining timely communication with customers and vendors. Preferred license is Adjuster’s License; strong MS Office skills and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Inbound customer support experience is required.
• Ability to verify contract information and enter claims accurately.
• Knowledge of insurance and warranty policies is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound customer support by answering calls promptly and courteously.
• Verify contract information and enter new claims into system per client terms and conditions.
• Review documentation supporting the claim, ownership proof, and costs.
• Issue coverage denials or schedule servicer as needed.
• Approve or deny estimates from servicers up to $750.
• Maintain email box and respond to customers/vendors timely.
• Ensure accurate records for timely settlement and follow-up.
