The Claims Adjusteris responsible forevaluating claims from start to finish using exceptional customer service qualities.
Handles claims frominitialcontact through to conclusion.
Thoroughly investigates claims and verifies eligibility.
Responsible formaintainingpositive customer relationshipsseekingto enhance organizational skills.
Manages a high call volume withexceptioncommunication and customer service skills.
Successfully works independently and in a team atmosphere.
Skillfully adapts and uses critical thinking and problem-solving issues.
Minimum 1-2yearsclaim handling experience.
Excellent have written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and industry standard web applications.
Ability tomaintaina high levelof confidentiality.
Minimum of 3-5 years claim handling experience.
Bilingual is a plus, notrequired.
