Guidewire Software seeks a Senior Product Marketing Manager for ClaimCenter to own the marketing strategy for our flagship claims solution, transforming critical moments into seamless, customer-centered experiences.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, sales, enablement, and marketing to translate claims automation, AI, and workflows into compelling narratives that resonate with leaders at insurers worldwide.

Formación

• 7+ years of technical GTM experience in enterprise software, FinTech/Insurtech preferred.
• Experience in Insurtech ecosystem or SaaS with Financial Services focus, especially P&C insurance.
• Strong understanding of claims lifecycle and cloud/AI impact on loss ratios and efficiency.
• Ability to translate complex tech into clear messaging for technical and business audiences.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills; ability to persuade at scale.

Responsabilidades

• Own the Narrative: define ClaimCenter positioning from category to technical proof points.
• Translate SaaS architecture and claims logic into business-outcome conversations for insurers.
• Create high-impact sales enablement content for an expert audience.
• Develop a GTM plan that drives pipeline and platform adoption.
• Deliver industry leadership through keynotes and workshops with customers.
• Partner with product and engineering to bring innovations, AI-driven features, and integrations to market.
• Monitor insurtech trends and feed intelligence back to product and field.
• Turn customer performance into measurable stories and ROI.
