Job summary

Northwest Partners LLC is seeking an experienced Guidewire ClaimCenter Developer to design and deliver scalable claims technology solutions. You will serve as a deep technical contributor across Guidewire ClaimCenter, cloud services, integrations, and application architecture, aligning implementation with business needs.

The role requires 8+ years of software development, strong SDLC knowledge, and expertise in Guidewire products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of software development experience, including technical direction.
• Deep knowledge of SDLC and ability to improve bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Strong understanding of design patterns and scalable architectures.
• Experience with Guidewire products and cloud integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design robust, high-performance claims technology solutions.
• Serve as a key technical contributor on critical projects.
• Provide technical guidance without formal people management.
• Evaluate and improve system architecture, security, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align implementation with business needs.
• Create proofs of concept to validate approaches.
• Develop and support Guidewire ClaimCenter solutions and middleware.
