You work independently, set your own hours, and are paid per hour or per assignment. Ideal candidates communicate clearly by email, text and chat, enter data accurately, and carefully verify every item.

When a foreclosed home sells for more than what was owed, the state may hold the difference for the former owner. Foreclosure Recovery Inc. finds out whether funds are held in a family's name and handles the claim with them. There are no upfront fees; we are paid only when funds are recovered. Research public foreclosure sale records to find surplus funds held by the state for former owners.

Location: Remote, United States. Type: Independent contractor (1099).
