Job summary

• Ability to supervise claim operations and drive performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of claim operations staff, prioritizing and assigning work, providing guidance, training and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Oversees day-to-day operations of the teams’ activities including workload distribution, prioritization, reporting, and monitoring performance.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of loss and expense payments adhering to company policies, regulations and SLAs.
• Review and approve complex or escalated issues, resolving issues and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and address training or development needs.
