Job summary

ITG Communications, LLC is seeking a Claims Supervisor to oversee daily claims processing operations and a team of coordinators in the United States. You will ensure timely processing, accurate documentation, and adherence to procedures while supporting remote and on-site staff.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in claims processing, at least 2 years in supervision, and a strong customer service background. You will monitor performance metrics, guide staff, and coordinate with other supervisors

Qualifications

High school diploma required; relevant certifications beneficial.
5+ years of experience in claims processing or related field.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Strong background in customer service.

Responsibilities

Monitor and supervise daily claims processing activities to ensure timely processing within financial parameters.
Review incoming claims and assign workload based on priority and complexity.
Ensure timely responses to customer communications.
Provide guidance to coordinators in complex claim situations.
Review and monitor team performance metrics and support improvements.
Coordinate with other supervisors to ensure consistent practices.
Support training and development of new team members.
