Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
• Knowledge of standard software applications and information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides first-line technical support for TechShare Prosecutor software, including creating user accounts, configuring access, and resolving issues.
• Gathers requirements for new system features, coordinates software updates and releases, and liaises with internal staff, agencies and vendors.
• Identifies and resolves production issues by guiding users through diagnostic procedures.
• Monitors CJIS compliance by reviewing charge information flows and correcting submissions as needed.
• Coordinates and conducts training for District Attorney personnel and law enforcement on TechShare and related processes.
• Keeps abreast of new legislation affecting TechShare and related information systems.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
