The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in IS/CS or a related field, strong communication skills, and familiarity with mainframes and CJIS systems. Some weekend or on-call work may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Experience with standard software applications and enterprise systems used in law enforcement or government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support for TechShare Prosecutor software and set up user accounts and security roles.
• Gather requirements for new features and coordinate software updates and releases.
• Identify and resolve production issues by guiding users through diagnostics.
• Monitor CJIS compliance and ensure data flows correctly across agencies.
• Coordinate and conduct training for District Attorney personnel and law enforcement users.
