Job summary

ILink Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead heavy civil and underground construction projects. You will manage budgets, schedules, and on-site personnel while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in active project management within heavy civil or underground construction, with strong engineering insight and leadership. Occasional travel to regional project sites is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related technical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of active project management experience in heavy civil/underground construction.
• Strong knowledge of earthwork, grading, concrete structures, and wet utilities.
• PMP or CCM designations are highly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to visit active regional job sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, critical paths, and resource plans.
• Control project costs, approve invoices, and ensure profitability versus estimates.
• Oversee daily site operations with Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractors.
• Negotiate supplier contracts, draft subcontracts, and manage changes.
• Act as primary contact for clients, engineers, and public stakeholders.
• Inspect worksites to verify alignment with blueprints and constructability specs.
• Implement site health and safety plans to maintain compliance.
