Zusammenfassung

1 Resource Group seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee civil/underground utilities projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and adherence to safety and quality standards on all sites. You will supervise on-site activities, manage subcontractors, monitor schedules and costs, prepare daily progress reports, and coordinate with stakeholders.

A minimum of 5 years in project management for heavy civil/underground utilities is required; OSHA is preferred, a civil degree

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of project management experience in heavy civil/underground utilities.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• OSHA certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in civil or related field is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Supervising and coordinating all construction activities on-site
• Must have 5 years of Project Management experience in civil construction preferably with underground utilities and/or technology/ electrical and fiber in nature.
• Monitors budget/ Cost throughout the project and communicates variances as they occur.
• Ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Managing and coordinating subcontractor activities
• Monitoring project progress and conducting regular site meetings
• Managing and tracking project schedules and budgets
• Preparing and submitting daily progress reports
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to resolve any issues or disputes
• Ensuring timely and accurate communication with project stakeholders
• Ensuring that all work is performed in accordance with company policies and procedures
• This job requires travel a large percent of the time.
