1 Resource Group is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee underground utilities projects with a focus on budget, schedule, and safety. This role is travel-heavy and requires strong on-site leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of project management in heavy civil construction, excellent communication, and the ability to read construction plans. Proficiency in project management software and MS Office is expected. A bachelor's degree in civil or related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in civil construction, preferably underground utilities.
• Experience in technology/electrical and fiber systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities on-site.
• Monitor budget and schedule; report variances to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and on-site progress meetings.
• Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and resolve issues.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Utilize project management software and MS Office tools.
