You will learn to create and revise drawings, read vendor prints, perform basic calculations, and work with Autodesk tools like AutoCAD Electrical, Civil3D, Inventor and Vault while using MS Office daily.

Qualifications

• Completed at least one year toward an AAS in CAD or engineering tech.
• Eligible for full-time internship onsite in Tulsa, OK.
• GPA 3.0 or higher; 18+ years old; graduation after 2027.

Responsibilities

• Create, revise and maintain engineering drawings and sketches.
• Support documentation for facilities and equipment.
• Obtain work information from sketches, field notes and vendor catalogs.
• Perform basic calculations and use CAD software.
• Read vendor prints and incorporate data into work.
• Adhere to AEP policies and duties as assigned.
