Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish. You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with top quality, while enforcing safety and environmental standards.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, and manage budgets, schedules and resources across multiple projects, driving continuous improvement and meeting project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Site Agent or similar supervisory Civil Engineering role.
• Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and standards.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations (CDM).
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site construction activities ensuring adherence to plans and quality standards.
• Lead site teams and subcontractors to foster productive environments.
• Develop and implement project schedules with milestones and risk controls.
• Monitor progress, address issues, and keep timelines and budgets on track.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and policies.
• Liaise with clients, consultants and authorities to maintain clear communication.
• Manage project budgets and prepare regular financial reports for senior management.
• Procure materials and equipment ensuring timely delivery and cost control.
• Maintain accurate site records and conduct quality control inspections.
• Identify opportunities for continuous site operation improvements.
