Job summary

Aureos Capital is seeking an experienced Site Agent to oversee civil engineering projects from start to finish. You will ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery with top quality, while enforcing safety and environmental standards.

You will lead site teams, coordinate with clients and authorities, and manage budgets, schedules and resources across multiple projects, driving continuous improvement and meeting project milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Site Agent or similar supervisory Civil Engineering role.
• Proven track record delivering civil infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, utilities).
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, processes and standards.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations (CDM).
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and resources.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct quality control checks and inspections to ensure all work meets the required standards.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Site Agent or in a similar supervisory role within the civil engineering sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering a variety of civil infrastructure projects (e.g., roads, bridges, drainage, utilities).
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, processes, and relevant industry standards.
• Excellent knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., CDM regulations).
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS) are highly desirable.
