Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in infrastructure projects is required.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily site operations, including labor, materials and equipment.
• Interpret and implement engineering drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Monitor progress and identify issues, implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare progress reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Manage site logistics including delivery, storage and waste management.
• Participate in project planning, scheduling and cost control.
