Job summary

Resource Options Inc. is seeking an experienced Site / Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead site development and infrastructure projects, coordinating with clients, internal teams, and regulatory agencies.

You will manage scopes, schedules, and budgets, provide technical oversight on site layout, grading, drainage, and stormwater design, and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative, design-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred.
• 7–10+ years of progressive site/civil engineering experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, schedules, and project budgets.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and HydroCAD.
• Strong technical background in site development, grading, stormwater, and infrastructure design.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple site development and infrastructure projects simultaneously from planning through construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Develop and manage project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee preparation of engineering plans, technical reports, permit applications, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with architects, landscape architects, planners, surveyors, and regulatory agencies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior engineers and technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with zoning regulations, environmental requirements, and internal quality standards.
• Provide technical oversight on site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and utility design.
