Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience working in a construction environment.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety practices and ensure compliance with OSHA requirements.
• Manage project delivery per client expectations and project plan.
• Plan and direct daily construction activities; translate plan to crew tasks.
• Coach and supervise Craft personnel; enforce established processes.
• Maintain QA/QC and EMS documentation; ensure permits are secured.
• Prepare records and reports; identify and address issues among crew.
