Job summary

RES is seeking an on-site Construction Supervisor to oversee crew productivity, safety, and policy compliance across project sites. You will direct daily activities, ensure JHA prior to work, and uphold quality standards.

Leading safety programs and coordinating with site teams are essential to deliver projects on time while maintaining EMS and environmental compliance. Strong communication and leadership are required to motivate teams and solve field issues.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience working in a construction environment.
• Must understand safety standards, permits, QA/QC processes and environmental requirements.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage schedules and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Leads by example to ensure safety and compliance with procedures on site.
• Directs staff for daily construction activities and coordinates tasks.
• Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) is completed before scopes of work commence.
• Manages quality control program to meet project plans and standards.
• Maintains EMS compliance and ensures permits are received before work.
• Identifies and mitigates personnel relations issues and reports records.
